David Wilson grew up in central Illinois and moved to Arizona in 1980. Dave graduated Arizona State University in 1984 and completed Arizona State University School of Law in 1987 and is a member of the American Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, and the Yavapai County Bar Association.
Dave has worked for Pinal County as a Deputy County Attorney in the Civil Division, Yavapai County as a Deputy County Attorney Prosecutor, City of Chandler Assistant City Prosecutor and contracted by Yavapai County as a Public Defender representing felony, juvenile delinquency, juvenile dependency, mental health, and post-conviction relief clients.
Dave opened his own office in 1994 and has represented family law clients since 1995. His practice has focused exclusively on family law since 2005.
Dave concentrates his practice on Family Law as he recognizes it has potentially the most significant impact on a person’s life in any area of Law. It not only involves of course legal and financial decisions, but it involves emotional, psychological, mental, and even spiritual issues as well.
Dave attempts to assist his clients in dealing with the different aspects involved in all Family Law matters and understands the process is difficult enough, without adding to the problems by fighting unnecessarily.
